Where Can I Fly Fish On A River For Trout In The Taunton Area That Is Relitively Cheap?

If you cant get out on the river look for some trout lakes, its not as good as river fishing but surely catching some trout is better than not fishing at all.

Also check out any local tackle shops they should be able to guide you in the right direction.
if you fancy the drive up to Frome it has miles of small river trouting for £2 a day but i have yet to be charged

You're going to struggle to find anywhere in the immediate area if you want to fly fish a river. Send me an email and I can put you in touch with a few still waters. The other choice would be Exmoor but it's quite a way to go.
