A little extra protein wouldn't hurt your fish.

as long as you didn't spray it with raid. Let him swim with the fishes. If he rises from the dead your fish got your back.

As long the fly didn't die from being sprayed with Raid insect killer.

Nah it will not hurt the fish. Think about a fish in the wild it will eat just about anything. I had some oscars and would feed them ghost shrip some times. If you think a fly is bad read the back of your fish food can. It has fish in some of them!

fish are only meant to eat other sea creatures… after eating all the yummy food you feed him, it is unlikely he will have any interest in a tasteless fly carcass.

I wouldn't. Pet fish aren't the healthiest do to the breeding they come from and a fly has TONS of germs all over it. I wouldn't risk it. Plus you'd have to have pretty large fish, and the only fish that would probably even touch it would be goldfish. I vote you just flush the little bastard.

I wouldn't. No telling what the fly may have eaten. You should just stick with fish food or flies you but from pet stores.

It could harm your fish. Just throw it in the toilet, piss on it and then flush it.
