Very good question. …
Very good question.. i’m not 100 % sure. I know you need level 70 to fish sturgeon, which you always recieve a caviar from. So if your not cutting that you are going to recieve less bait each time. Only advice I can give you is take alot of feathers and keep dropping them and picking them up after each inventory of fish.

when i got an inventory of fish and use knife on them, i fail alot getting offcuts and roe etc…so i dont have enough “baits” for fishing a new full inv…and at some point i have to get new feathers to get an full inv…..does it depend on your cook lvl if you get the roe and offcuts every time?
