When you are starting out as a fisherman in the UK, you will find it better to use the most elementary kind of fishing equipment.  It really doesn’t require a lot of fishing gear to catch fish.  But you must have a rod or pole as part of your equipment. The fishing pole is employed to hang the line which contains the fishing bait.  Generally bamboo, carbon fibre, and fibreglass are elements which compose the pole.  The fishing rod has the same purpose; however, it is more complicated.  They come in a choice of lengths as well as capabilities.  They come in sizes starting at 24 inches and go up to 20 feet.  The casting is better with the longer rod.
